Nominations Open for Highly Capable Services

Due Friday, Dec. 16

Each year, students in grades 2-11 may be nominated for Highly Capable services for the following year, including the Program for the Academically Talented (PAT).

Nomination forms are available online here in English and Spanish. Hard copies available by request in the office.

Nominations are due before the Winter Break (Friday, Dec. 16)

and may be returned to the school or district office.

All first grade students are automatically screened for services, so Kindergarten and first grade students do not need to be nominated.

First graders can opt out of the screening by submitting the Opt-Out Form.
