Parent Input Forms Available in the Office

Due Friday, May 16 (late forms will not be accepted)

If you have important information that you feel should be considered during the placement process, Parent Input Forms are available for pick-up only in the office beginning Friday, Apr. 25. These forms are entirely optional but can be helpful when used appropriately. Input forms are do back to the office by Friday, May 16. Late forms will not be accepted.

Please note, while we make every effort to consider parent input, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. Our priority is to create balanced classrooms that support the learning and development of all students.
